The Vagitarians started to play in 2008 with huge influences from the sludge/NOLA scene. Their music back then was great for fans of Superjoint Ritual, Down, CoC, Crowbar. Then they went into a doomier direction and now have progressed some more with a sound closer to that of Eyehategod, Mastodon, and at times Neurosis.
The band is also tightly connected with Ceremony Booking which helps promote polish underground bands and put on big sludge/stoner/ doom shows. Belzebong, Major Kong, Elvis Deluxe are just some of the underground bands they have promoted and coincidentally I had on the blog.
